Emergency 911 Service
Your address is registered in the 911 database with our CRTC approved service. When you dial 911, an operator asked you for your current location and selects the correct emergency service response.
411 Directory Access
Simply dial 411 and access directory services at a small cost of $1 per use.
Call Waiting
If you receive a call while talking on the phone, you will hear a notification 'beep', and can pick up that call 'on the other line'.
Advanced Caller ID
'Advanced' Caller ID simply means that you will be able to see the name associated with the number that is calling you, as well as the number itself.
Call Display
Calls made over Telephonic lines carry your name and number so that users of Advanced Caller ID can see that it's you calling.
3-Way Conference Calls
Every Telephonic allows you to connect to 2 parties for 3-way conference calls.
Call Forwarding
Set a number for your calls to forward to. Even choose a long distance number and save on our wholesale rates.
Busy Call Forwarding
Much like regular call forwarding but only for calls that arrive when you're on the other line. This feature requires "Call Waiting" be disabled.
Distinctive Rings
With the purchase of the SPA-1001 VoIP Telephone adapter or a SPA-941 or a SPA-942 multi-line business telephone, your 2nd line can have it's own distinctive ring.
2nd Line Discount
Because we understand how home and small business budgets can be tight, all single-line Residential and SoHo Business subscribers are eligible for a discount on their second line from Telephonic. Please contact our staff to get your discount.

Online Settings Control Panel

Multiple Telephone Lines
You may have anywhere from 3 to 300 business telephone lines. Telephonic's private VoIP network was designed to scale with ease and call handle even the largest organization's needs.
Local Telephone Extensions
Assign local extension numbers to your staff's telephones (e.g. 100, 101, 102)
Remote or Inter-Office Linking
Have "local" extensions make free internal calls from any number of locations with broadband Internet access. Your staff can make calls to "local" extension numbers and avoid long distance costs because these inter-office calls pass only over the Internet.
Conference Rooms
Host a conference in a professional telephone conference room. Guests entering the conference are politely introduced by name after entering a private PIN code.
Call Hunt / Follow-Me
If you're not present at your local extension, callers can reach you either at another local extension or at any external telephone number of your choice. Ring all your possible numbers at once of in succession, one at a time.
Off-Hours Auto-Attendant
Automatically answer after office hour calls with a custom Auto-Attendant who will direct callers to the right voicemail box.
Custom Interactive Voice Menus (IVR)
Help direct callers to qualified staff quicker by adding call menus. Callers select the option they want using their touch-tone keys.
Dial-by-Name Staff Directories
Callers simply enter numbers on their telephone keypad that corresponds to the first or last-name of the desired staff member.
Call Parking
Park a call on-hold to a special extension and have any staff member at any local extension pick up the call.
Custom On-Hold Music
Use the music you like for your when your callers are on-hold. You can also record custom messages to play to callers when they're on-hold.
Call Queues
When your incoming call volume exceeds your number of qualified staff, callers can automatically be placed in a queue where they will be attended to in priority. The queue system can also tell them how long the queue is and what number number of calls are before them.
Local & Remote Agents
Staff can login to call queues either from a local extension or from a separate outside number. Yes, you can outsource your agents or have existing staff tele-commute from remote locations.
Intelligent Caller-ID-based Call Routing
Your Asterisk VoIP PBX can automatically recognize known Caller ID numbers and route them to the destination of your choice. This feature is excellent at ensuring priority clients avoid call queues and get right to the desired staff member.

Assign a local extensions to a staff member who is only available via an external land line or a mobile phone.
Remote Dial-Out (DISA)

Analogue Fail-Over
